Delivery
Orders are normally despatched the day after receipt, by 2nd class post; but please allow 14 days, then if you haven't received your order, let us know.
Refunds & Returns
Please notify us of any mistakes in your order, faulty or damaged goods as soon as possible after delivery, before returning to us for replacement within 14 days.
Products marked with a * cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the Miss Teen management.
