Shopping from Missteen.co.uk is a simple and easy process, we've designed the store to help you find what you want, quickly! Paying for your goods online is totally safe as you pay through a secure server, so your details are totally safe! Just in case you manage to get stuck, we've written you a quick run through of how to buy from missteen.co.uk :
Find the item you wish to purchase, using the boutique pages. Enter how many you wish to order in the quantity box. Click ‘Add To Basket’ to add the item to your order. Repeat with any other items you would like.
Click on ‘View Basket’ at the top of the boutique homepage to check your order is correct, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You’ll then have to fill in your billing and delivery address (if they are the same, click on the tick box - ‘same as Billing address’, to automatically copy the data across). Choose method of payment; if you wish to pay by cheque, your goods will be dispatched when the cheque is received.
Finally click ‘Continue’, if you selected to pay by credit card, and you will be forwarded to our secure online credit card input form, to complete your order.
Once you click ‘Continue’, you will be sent an email confirming your order, which will contain an order number; please quote this, should you need to contact us about your order. THIS IS NOT A RECEIPT. Credit card transactions, also have another email sent from the bank (WorldPay) confirming successful transactions.
